Department of Physical Therapy and has been working since 2010 in physical therapy centers as well as home therapies.<br \/>Her involvement with dance and movement from a very young age, combined with her subsequent studies in physical therapy, formed the basis for her to engage in clinical pilates and specialize in therapeutic rehabilitation through exercise.<br \/>As part of her interest in movement and how the human body functions, she has attended many workshops and seminars on the Feldenkrais and Alexander methods.<br \/>At the same time, after many years of personal involvement with yoga, he attended teacher training and received RYT-500 certification from the Yoga Alliance.<br \/>He believes that yoga promotes the connection between body and mind and constantly strives to adapt it to the needs of each practitioner, using it as a tool in recovery.<br \/>Understanding the special needs of women during pregnancy, as well as the role of exercise before and after childbirth, and respecting motherhood, she became involved in perinatal yoga and accompanies women on their pregnancy journey.<br \/>Wanting to delve even deeper into issues faced by women both during and after their reproductive years, she specialized in pelvic floor dysfunctions.<br \/>As part of her postgraduate studies, she dealt with manual therapy and the Maitland method as well as the treatment of
