Evangelia Manta

She graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy of the Technical University of Thessaloniki and has been working as a freelancer since 2005. Her clinical experience began very early, after she worked in a model private physiotherapy clinic and at the same time undertook patients in home treatments. Her interest in neurological diseases, as well as the ways of managing such cases, was the springboard for her subsequent professional career.
In 2007, he completed the first basic seminar on the BOVATI method for the adult neurological patient, and since then he has followed a series of training seminars in the field of neurology, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
Since 2013 she has been an official member and lecturer of the INTERNATIONAL BOBATH INSTRUCTORS TRAINING ASSOCIATION. It is an international organization of teachers who teach the Bobath approach applied to patients with neurological diseases all over the world. She has participated in seminars of the method in Hamburg, Florence and Lisbon. She has contributed to the promotion of the method to young physiotherapists by teaching in thematic workshops.
At the same time, he is also an educational member of the IKTA (International Kinematic Taping Academy) which concerns the use of elastic tape with musculoskeletal, lymphatic and neurological applications. In the method, he has contributed to the development of applications for neurological disorders.
At the same time, for the most comprehensive and holistic treatment of patients, he has completed the Maitland Concept seminar series while simultaneously following the educational program for the OMT title (a globally recognized distinction from IFOMPT in manual therapy).
